Nick Kelley Tattoo Requests

Please fill out the request form linked at the bottom of this page to request tattoo services by Nick Kelley @ Precision Body Arts LLC.
 

• Wait times will vary as availability is limited and demand is high.

• General rate is $150 per hour with a $150 minimum charge. 

• Deposit required to begin any custom design work or to reserve tattooing time.

Fill out the form with details of what you are looking to have done, including details such as body placement, size, color or style preferences, if it is a cover-up or add on to an existing tattoo, and any other details that will help explain your tattoo idea. All tattoos custom designed based on your input, though the tattooer may take artistic license with your concept.

Precision Body Arts has changed into a private studio model over 2020, so our booking process has changed with it. Once you place your request on the form a staff member will contact with availability and schedule a Zoom video consultation with Nick Kelley to discuss your idea. A deposit will be required to begin drawing and reserve a tattoo appointment. Your design will be ready for the day of your appointment. Demand for both drawing time and tattooing time is at an all time high so tattoo designs can not be delivered in advance of an appointment under most circumstances, so please be detailed in your requests and during your consultation.
